Returns & Refund Policy

In an effort to keep our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, and as an online retailer, we do not accept returns once items ship, except on specific conditions. Please review our full Terms and Conditions (Section 7 - Additional Terms and Conditions; Risk of Loss; Return Policy).

Note: Items sent back without following the proper return policies or instructions will result in no refund being issued.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You can return or replace your purchase through myessentialsclub.com for the following 3 reasons:

  1. You refused upon delivery due to damage to the item or box: Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographs as evidence MUST be provided if package or item is defective, damaged, wrong item, or of poor quality. 
  2. An item is missing (replacement only)
  3. The shipment is lost: If tracking shows the package was delivered, but you dispute it, we will open an investigation with the carrier.

    Under these circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@myessentialsclub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and personal care goods (such as bath and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
